Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is a flat rate of £5.00 per order, however many items you buy. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Larger or bulky items can occasionally take longer, and we will contact you if we expect a delay. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you to confirm, including tracking details where the delivery service provides them.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please email info@atautoparts.co.uk with your order number and photos of any damage as soon as possible, and we will put it right. Responsibility for your order stays with us until it is delivered to the address you gave us.
